Administering Medication at Port St. John Preschools and Port St. John Child Care Providers
If your child is ill.
It is extremely helpful when you can administer your child's medication before you bring your child to their Port St. John child care provider or Port St. John preschool. There may be times, however, when your Child needs medication during the day. Most Port St. John preschools and Port St. John child care providers will make every attempt to administer medication prescribed by your physician which is dated, labeled, and in its original container, if you have completed a Consent to Administer Medication form.
