Administering Medication at Lebanon Junction Preschools and Lebanon Junction Child Care Providers
If your child is ill.
It is extremely helpful when you can administer your child's medication before you bring your child to their Lebanon Junction child care provider or Lebanon Junction preschool. There may be times, however, when your Child needs medication during the day. Most Lebanon Junction preschools and Lebanon Junction child care providers will make every attempt to administer medication prescribed by your physician which is dated, labeled, and in its original container, if you have completed a Consent to Administer Medication form.
