Therefore, it is the responsibility of the users of this site to verify any information gathered from this site, directly or indirectly, with the respective childcare provider. It is also the responsibility of the users of this site to perform any necessary background checks of the providers and their employees, as ChildCare select does not perform nor do we imply that we perform any such reviews.

ChildCareSelect.com contains many links to outside websites, such as the private provider websites. We do not control or endorse these sites in any way, shape, or form, and these sites do not express the views of ChildCare Select.
Updates and Changes to Website
We reserve the right to change, add, or delete any information and/or images contained in the site, including provider listings, and any policies contained within the website without notice. Policy changes and changes of information and/or images contained within the site, including provider listings, will be effective on any information contained in the site before the change and also any information gathered or contained within the site subsequent to the change.

We are not responsible for, directly or indirectly, any damages that are incurred, either physically, mentally, or financially as a result of the use of ChildCareSelect.com. The site is strictly meant to be a resource for parents searching for childcare, and an advertising means for childcare providers. We do not guarantee, endorse, nor verify the accuracy of any information contained in the provider listings. We make providers agree to our Code of Conduct, but we do not review any information contained within the provider listings. Therefore, we are not responsible for any inaccurate, defamatory, illegal, or offensive information or pictures contained within the listings.
We are not responsible for any disputes arising out of the use of ChildCareSelect.com, as it is the responsibility of the users of this site to verify any information contained within this site, or information gathered indirectly through the use of this site, with the respective childcare provider. It is also the responsibility of the childcare providers to verify any terms of agreement with their prospective customers before performing any services, as ChildCareSelect.com does not guarantee the accuracy of the information contained within the site.
We do not guarantee that our site contains all childcare providers in a specified area. When available, we provide the license numbers of the providers, yet this information is only accurate as of the date it was gathered, and thus we do not guarantee that the providers are currently licensed or are currently providing childcare services.
Prohibited Use
ChildCareSelect.com is strictly for the use of parents seeking childcare and for childcare providers seeking a useful marketing technique to solicit customers. Legal action will be taken against any persons, companies, or organizations which use any of the website or provider content for, but not limited to, a business purpose for a competitive organization or website without the express written consent from ChildCare Select.
Payment/Cancellation Terms
When a provider signs up for a premium listing on ChildCareSelect.com, they will be charged $9.95 per month on their credit/debit card, starting on the day they sign up. For example, if a provider signs up on January 4th, they will be billed $9.95 on January 4th (the day they signed up), and each subsequent month on the 4th day of those months to the credit/debit card that they originally signed up with.
Because the shortest month of the year contains 28 days, the 28th will be the last day of any month that we will bill. For example, if a provider signs up on January 30th, they will be charged $9.95 on January 30th (the day they signed up), and each subsequent month on the 28th day of those months.
A provider can cancel their membership at any time. Their credit/debit card will not be charged any more in the future, yet there will be no refunds given to prorate the month which they were last charged for.
