Administering Medication at Crab Orchard Preschools and Crab Orchard Child Care Providers
If your child is ill.
It is extremely helpful when you can administer your child's medication before you bring your child to their Crab Orchard child care provider or Crab Orchard preschool. There may be times, however, when your Child needs medication during the day. Most Crab Orchard preschools and Crab Orchard child care providers will make every attempt to administer medication prescribed by your physician which is dated, labeled, and in its original container, if you have completed a Consent to Administer Medication form.
