Ease End of The School Year Stress

We are soon approaching the end of the school year which brings lots of stress upon children. Many end of the year projects are due, the child is fearful of their grades and about leaving their friends. It’s an exciting but scary time for them. Try to allow your child to do the following to relieve some of the pressure: get plenty of sleep, exercise, make a calendar listing items that need completed along with their due dates, listen to music, eat healthy meals and snacks, and drink plenty of water. The joys of summer vacation will soon be here!
